Product Description

The system is controlled by the new high performance series PLC from Taiwan TECO AP, together with the man-machine interaction 4.3 inch TECO true color touch screen + wireless handheld control terminal with touch screen, of which the wire feeding adopts high-precision DC motor design with a control box of the machine conforming to ergonomics for an intuitive operation and elegant and beautiful appearance. The connection of machine and control box is installed by plug-in design, while other electrical components are assembled with imported electrical components (Mainly from Schneider), which improves the durability of welding machine significantly.

 

Direction for use
1.Guides at X/Y axis are consist of silver linear guide rail from with precise gear (7 grade drive) to ensure the accuracy of
overlay welding/automatic scarfing.
2.Carbon Feed by PID+ Analog Control.The driving section of the horizontal travel and elevating adopts the high precision driving
system from Japanese SAMSR, which guarantees the stable output of the continuous large torque and current carbon rod, and makes the welding/automatic carbon arc scarfing more smooth and beautiful in the severe environment.
3.The machine is functioned by a wireless touch screen operation terminal to allow a real-time data and monitor to the operation
status
